Behind the Pages
In Galaw-nilay, We Recognize the Healing and Restorative Power of The Arts
This process of self-care is inspired by the somatic and creative arts as a form of self inquiry. It combines two Filipino words, galaw (to move) and nilay (to reflect), showing our need to integrate our being and doing.
At Galaw Nilay, we understand the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. Our practice is rooted in the ancient wisdom of meditative movement, drawing inspiration from various traditions across the globe. Through gentle yet purposeful motions, we seek to harmonize the flow of energy within, fostering a sense of balance and well-being.
